Speaker Biography
Kasia Gonnerman serves as the Dean of University Libraries at the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB). She joined UAB in 2020, bringing with her extensive experience from Vanderbilt University, where she oversaw the main library. Earlier in her career, she held leadership roles in research and public services at a liberal arts college and, prior to that, taught linguistics at both a college and a university in Poland.
