Speaker Biography
Don and Hanna Witherspoon met at MTSU, then known as MTC, where they both graduated in 1964. Commissioned into the United States Marine Corps as a Second Lieutenant the day he graduated, Don and Hanna enjoyed successful careers in logistics and the aviation industry, respectively, before retiring in middle Tennessee.
They have served on numerous boards and supported numerous charities throughout their lifetimes and continue to do so today. When not helping others, they can be seen at nearly every MTSU athletic event proudly cheering for our Blue Raiders.
